You have to work on this a little but and learn searches. You'll also need to experiment. What matters most I've found are bust size, underbra size, hip size, and sometimes waist size. Bust size is a duh but underbra matters as this is the fitting. Waist size can matter as fitted items like a one piece will not often stretch long enough or thin enough. Hip size can help a lot as hips can hold up say a garter belt.

With dolls odd sizes you can look at the measurements given by the manfuacturer and the vendors but even then you're going to have to experiment and figure some things out. Which is why we all use aliexpress because they often sell the same damn shit for $5 that amazon sells for $25. Also have a lot more stuff and asian sizes are naturally petite.
