I think one of the irritating things about timestop and stuff like having sex in public is that the reaction upon being discovered/doing your deeds is always a text prompt of "X found you!" with some background numbers changing.

I always thought some kind of hypnosis power would be more interesting than time stopping, it would take better advantage of the era mechanics at the very least. Temporarily changing girls traits and skills to serve your purposes and what not, forcing them to go to specific places, making them give you their money or stuff, micromanaging what gems they gain, etc. The sandbox nature of the game could be explained by everyone being hypnotized to some extent. Time stopping sounds cool on paper until you realize all it really does is help you skip time in a game where you are not limited by it.

If the game let you play around more with the girls themselves (which could let you trigger specific events, let's say hypnosis lets you shift into certain hypnosis modes, and focuses) it'd be more interesting.
My personal idea would be to add it as an optional power that replaces or comes along with time stop at the start of your playthrough, with strength increasing based on several factors. Punishment for being discovered doing it could also be more severe.
Maybe it could have its own unlock tree too, to make your own character development more incentivized.

The Hourai elixir is a truly awful thing, and humans absolutely aren't suited for immortality, and I think that a lover Kaguya, who should be the best person she could be, would understand that even if you think it's what you truly want and that you'd be able to handle it, it would ultimately prove to be far too great a burden for you and leave you miserable in the end, much like Mokou, and Kaguya would wish to spare you from that hell, denying you the elixir for your own good, even if that would leave her alone again after your passing.

It would be fun to have a character who doesn't actually have a lover path, and getting involved with them would only lead to misery as they grow more and more deranged in their obsession with you. I don't think there are any actual character who would fit that bill, though, or at least I can't think of any characters who are truly malicious in that way. The closest would probably be the more bestial characters like Rumia, or just the ones whose nature attracts disaster, like Hina, where pursuing them is probably a really bad idea, but neither of them really fit the yandere stalker profile at all.

Maybe it could work as an alternate Yuuka interpretation, where you'd take her reputation as as a violent, hateful youkai as absolute fact, ignoring all the evidence that she plays it up for fun and is in actuality a lot more mellow than people believe her to be.
