If you become a servant at the end of your life in one universe. What happens to your soul in all the other universes? Remember, every soul is individual, something that went through the root and came out anew. So the soul in one timeline is not the soul in another, even if they have take very similar origins and manipulations.

I have a question, how did Saber die in Bad End 15 (first one of UBW)? Did she get nuked by Archer? Shouldn't Archer attacking Saber be considered OOC?

The way she dies isn't specified. For all we know, it might have been Berserker, or it might have been Archer.
It doesn't mean it is OOC of him; while he is interested in seeing her survive, he is more interested in having Shirou die and Rin win. If having her be killed at the same time as he rids himself of Berserker is possible, he will be taking out the hurdle that is Shirou, another servant and getting rid (making go away) of an attacking one all at once.

I'd argue Archer doesn't really want Shirou dead however. If anything he wants to push Shirou to the breaking point and see how he responds. He wants Shirou to declare that his path was indeed the right one all along because he himself deep down still believes in Kiritsugu's ideal. UBW is all about people being forced to confront something about themselves by others, or rather wanting someone else to force them to do the self introspection they want to but are afraid to do. Shirou forces Rin to face her mistakes and recover from them, Rin forces Shirou to question his own commitment to the ideal, and Archer desperately wants Shirou to declare he isn't wrong so he can finally accept he wasn't wrong as well. It's why he never goes for the kill initially in any route. He might have some conscious desire to kill him, but deep down he wants him to succeed.

But yes his killing Saber isn't OOC. He was willing to sacrifice Rin to have his match with Shirou, of course.

He is a king. That spongebob got put in there when a younger relative insisted the lobster needed a friend.
