A story’s success is defined by the quality of its plot and characters. And Arc’s route absolutely succeeded in it, it always has.
It has just the right length to display Shiki and Arc meeting, growing closer, and being forced to part. A story doesn’t need to keep adding more and more, that just makes it bloated, like FGO.
It doesn’t need fights or overt length, because it already does all it needs properly. It needs only one ending because that’s the ending you’re *meant* to have, the true beauty and conclusion of their story.
