I've read a nukige, and the kanji 擦 appears quite a bit.
The problem is that it seems to randomly be read su, cosu, or nasu.

it literally doesn't matter what language you speak. you don't need flash cards for them. you'll learn them after reading it like 1 to 3 times in real media. you can't say the same for kanji words though because you have to know the reading prior to being able to read it and you have to memorize what the kanji look like as well
