Not only due to their artstyle but also because of the way they interract with others (for example, replying to comments with quick sketches), the amount of stuff they post and their overall range of topics, maybe general vibe as well.

I like silkru gakky, his art style manages to carry a lot of cute whether he's going for a serious vibe, cutesy vibe or chibi vs full size

I like s_a_murai
Just draws a lot of the Touhous I like, PC98 + Iku in the past. Big fan of both of these. The forms are generous, the faces look friendly & caring, and the outfits are nice. I'm quite the tights enthusiast and he draws that as well. Really does it all, there's both cute stuff & hot stuff.
Not as into his actual NSFW content but the stuff people sometimes qualify as R15 where a nipple might show up or its half naked/lingerie, I really like.

Too many to list.
Satou Kibi is probably my 2nd all time favourite. Love the style and general theme of doujins.
Ryuuichi - love him or hate him, those redesigns are just amazing.
Morito Hon - another old times artist, but i love his stuff, especially the Hourai doujin
And last but not least Sakuraba Yuuki aka Personal color. Absolutely adore the artstyle, and more "calm" doujins. Probably my favourite touhou artist of all time.

Honorable mention for VISIONNERZ for that Aya doujin and for Oni Miko.
And for Ninoseyasunori for all his animations.
