I've created another scenario that I thought I'd post just for the hell of it. It has many similarities with my first scenario, but while it's still heavily dependent on porn logic, I've tried to make this one a little more realistic (overall at least, there's also some ludicrously unrealistic shit thrown in about the kind of hobbies and interests that females might be into). The ultra-short summary is that we're once again looking at a younger man rescuing a hag in distress, but while the daughter is a big part of the scenario as well, and does get fucked, the story does not end in an oyakodon harem. While there are some minor NTR elements that are necessary to support the plot, they do not lead to any severe or lasting emotional harm to any of the characters. This is meant to be a happy and uplifting scenario. And yes, my prose is still shit and it's gonna be a romance novel in terms of length. I'll work around writing dialogue, because that was an absolute disaster the last time.

Once again we have three main characters. The female ones get placeholder names that I've randomly picked from JAVlibrary, the male MC's name is not important. Our male MC is a 20-year-old college student in an unnamed Japanese city. He recently started dating Natsumi, also 20, who attends the same university as him. The MC is a little surprised that he managed to hook up with Natsumi, because he feels she is a bit out of his league in terms of looks. At the same time, her looks are really the only thing he finds attractive about her. She behaves like a shallow, social media-obsessed thot, with partying and shopping for new clothes and shoes being her only hobbies. Holding a conversation with her about anything other than fashion or partying is practically impossible. Despite having just reached legal drinking age she has developed a huge thirst for alcohol and loves to get way too drunk way too often. Her university grades are terrible, borderline flunking out-level, but this doesn't seem to bother her at all. She puts zero effort into studying. Still, the MC's not complaining. He wouldn't want to spend the rest of his life with Natusmi, but he can't deny that he gets to tap a significantly finer piece of ass than he'd ever think himself capable of. To illustrate this, we'll throw in a brief sex scene here that starts with a clearly intoxicated Natsumi knocking on the door of the MC's dorm room. Natsumi herself really seems a bit too drunk to properly enjoy the sex though, despite being the one to initiate.

After they've been dating for about three months, Natsumi unexpectedly brings the MC to her house for dinner and to meet her mom for the first time. The MC is surprised to learn that Natsumi and her mom live in a huge mansion in an expensive, upper-class neighborhood. It suddenly starts to make sense how Natsumi can afford her constant shopping sprees without a part-time job, and why she doesn't seem particularly worried about failing out of university. The inside of the mansion turns out to be an even bigger surprise though, because despite the immaculate facade of the building and elegant, well-tended garden, the inside is a mess. The luxurious interior of the building is covered in dust, exotic plants are dead or dying all around, and Natsumi's clothes, shoes and shopping bags are littered around the place in several of the rooms they pass through, completely choking expensive-looking furniture. Natsumi seems fairly embarrased as they make their way through the mansion, and the MC does his best to keep a neutral look on his face and avoid staring at the absolute state of Natsumi's home.

This is really par for the course with Natsumi (unless the conversation is about clothes, parties or alcohol), but he was hoping to at least get the older woman talking a bit. A bit frustrated with himself for not being a better conversationalist, the MC looks around the room while swallowing a mouthful of tea, and notices some familiar English-language books on a shelf behind Natsumi. "Consider Phlebas", "The Player of Games", "Use of Weapons". He turns to Natsumi and says he had no idea she had read the Culture series. Natsumi just stares back at him with a confused expression on her face, before a slightly blushing Ayane lets on that no, it's actually her that has a taste for foreign sci-fi. The MC explains that he is also into sci-fi and a huge fan of the Culture series, and the older woman's eyes light up for the first time during his visit. They enter into a several hours long discussion about sci-fi, while Natsumi looks bored out of her mind and starts playing with her phone. Finally, Natsumi gets up starts pulling at the MC's sleeve, saying they'll be late for tonight's party if they don't leave soon (it's a friday night). MC-san reluctantly finishes up his conversation with Ayane, who walks them to the door before they say goodbye. As they walk away through the garden, the MC turns and glances back at the mansion. Ayane is still standing outside the door, and as their eyes meet he feels a hint of butterflies in his stomach. He quickly waves at Ayane and turns away.

A few weeks pass. Natsumi has out of nowhere started asking the MC to be rougher with her during sex, including slapping, choking and hair pulling. It makes for some nice variety during sex, though it's not a particular turn-on for the MC. The next time they visit Natsumi's home to eat with Ayane, Ayane has replaced the overly modest dress from their last visit with a top and skirt. I've posted this before for an anon who couldn't understand the appeal of hags but warosu is being weird for me right now so I can't link to it. I'm definitely not speaking for everyone but I think I've identified a few key common areas that keep coming up. On the flip side, this subversion can even be seen in JAV where the older woman in question is no longer conventionally attractive or simply more "natural". The excitement and taboo of watching such material likely stems from the expectation that a woman of such an advanced age no longer participates in passionate sex or experiences any sexual desire at all. In less extreme cases, viewers may simply be looking for less glamorous portrayals of sex with an older woman rather than actively searching for women who are old to the point of novelty. There may also be less use (or just more subtle styles) of make-up and an emphasis on realism and candidness which may be desirable for other reasons not specific to the enjoyment of mature women but can supplement the fantasy. I'd argue this iteration of aesthetic consideration to be considerably rarer, which accordingly translates to the sub-genre of incredibly old women in JAV being much rarer also.

This is a key theme and will be discussed in greater detail and given specific context in later sections.

Both angles are equally compelling in contributing to arousal. Again, it is worth mentioning the potential for the subversion of expectations here. The love and attention from a maternal figure or caregiver is typically understood as something very separate to romantic love and sexual desire. When this is challenged in the context of JAV, the contrast between expectation and "reality" provides an exciting scenario which is easily-understood even for those who don't particularly enjoy the genre and operates independently of any coercion, persuasion, reluctance, or forwardness of the maternal figure in the lead-up to sexual activity: these story elements simply contribute additional layers to the narrative for the same emotional result, at least in this context of the maternal figure.

This hinges on the inherent imbalance in the power dynamic when interacting with an older woman. Even if the woman in question is not in a tangible position of power (bosses, managers, teachers, etc), convention has ingrained within us an understanding that our elders are somehow higher on the totem pole of society even in cultures less fixated on filial and/or hierarchical dynamics: a mature woman enjoys some degree of status simply by virtue of being older. For some, this is simply another way to satisfy and explore fantasies of a dominant-submissive relationship. This can range from more gentle iterations such as wishing to simply service and satisfy a socially superior figure to more extreme examples of BDSM and degradation play as a recipient of an older woman's humiliation, domination, and bullying, supplemented by narrative specifics such as a demeaning boss. While such positions of actual power are not solely restricted to mature women, they make sense from the perspective of both narrative and social convention and consistency. For others on the opposite side of the spectrum, the existence of this power dynamic instead provides a figure to be conquered, degraded, or defiled. Sex may simply be the final obstacle in such a fantasy of totally subjugating and dominating a person formerly in aforementioned positions of social or actual power.

More subtle variations also exist (and is generally where mine and many others' tastes lie) where the dynamic at hand is neither particularly dominating nor subservient. Rather, there is a subversion of expectations where the older woman in question is simply behaving in a way that is unexpected of someone in her "elevated" position. This might include being easily persuaded by a friend's son to have sex or directly and proactively propositioning a son-in-law to have an affair. In both cases, there is an additional layer of excitement and taboo when considering the imbalance of power and social status. Such dynamics can even be compounded with the aforementioned fantasy of the maternal figure, ideas of dominance and submission, and even genres such as NTR but ultimately, these operate on the understanding that there is a gulf between certain social roles and relationships when one party is a mature woman.

There are further levels to this that I believe are still related to hierarchy. Even in cases where a viewer understands that the mature woman is socially superior for whatever reason, she may be deficient in other areas that may be tangentially caused by her maturity and age. Whether that's enduring a lack of affection, romance, and appreciation in her everyday life or craving more base pleasures of the flesh, a common fantasy is the act of "stepping up" and providing the woman with what she needs in order to feel fulfilled.
