I was thinking of something, since Natsuhi got the first mysterious phone call before the events of the family conference, can we assume that happens before every family conference? And it was only now in the fifth Episode that the boy decided to do something about it? Unless it's a staple of sorts that the boy rings her during the family conference every single Episode, but I highly doubt that.

With regards the man from 19 years ago, I think the baby died as Natsuhi claimed, so the caller was somebody who would know about the original baby, probably leaving just the servants and Krauss.

The first call only happens after Natsuhi tells the servants they have to pretend Kinzo is alive for the second conference. Since the servants who know of Kinzo's death were picked by him personally, it's not impossible to think they've finally had enough of the charade and decide to punish Natsuhi, which escalates to murder after Battler finds the gold.

The second call comes from inside the mansion. Genji has to be in on it as he transferred the call, or at least he would know where the call was made from. For the third call, the man called Natsuhi directly, thus there was no need to go through Genji for the second call. I think the second call went through Genji to separate her from Krauss so he could be taken, although I don't know why Genji would then be killed.

There are all sorts of issues with this theory that I haven't worked out yet.
