Got a 4.0 while learning Jap & playing videogames half the day

My recommendations are.
1. Proper sleep
>8 hours + 30-60 min nap
>Nap after morning study block
2. 0 distractions
>Phone out of room 4ch blocked on PC etc Dont waste your willpower:out of sight=out of mind your will power is a lim. res. that affects study eff.!
3. Properly timed studying
>4 hours before you go to sleep are the most efficient for studying
>4 hours when you wake up your mind will be clear which also makes it a great time
4. Proper exercise
>Exercise before test or after studying
5. Motivation
>Motivation in high levels increases neuroplasticity and there is some argument that adults can have similar learning levels skills if the motivation is incredibly high
6. Proper diet
>Sugar impairs memory
>Proper supplements like omega3s
>Some evidence processed foods and oils impair memory
7. Focus
>3-4 hour study block full on no breaks
>Needs to be built up if you've never done it before
>Works best with added meditation beforehand
8. Abuse fasting
>Brain works and learns way better in a fasted state
>will prioritize knowledge learned b4 a meal
>do one meal a day & eat immediately after a 4-hour study block
>For long term cramming 2-3 day fasts are ideal, just don't eat and study all-day
9. Anki / SuperMemo (much better btw)
>Use it for everything
>can learn ~20k flashcards per mth at max eff.
>read 1500+ research papers a month with incremental reading
>watching anime incrementally = much more efficient input
10. Supplements
>trans-ISRIB-A17 3mg qd (very potent!)
>NAC 1g daily
>NSI-189 12mg qd
>N-Methyl-Cyclazodone 50mg before study sessions (potent stimulant)
>Memantine 5g qd
>D21 20mg qd
>Vorinostat 40mg qod (HDACi, very dangerous!)
>PRL-8-53 20mg qd
>LIT-001 50mg qod
>IDRA-21 35mg qd
>Epobis 20mg
>Hyaluronate-P6 40mcg qod (extremely potent)
>7,8-Dihydroxyflavone 5mg qd
>D-Ribose 5g qd
>DNSP-11 60mcg qd
>Resveratrol 200mg bid
>PPC Lecithin 2g qd
>Semax 3ml qd
>Dihexa+Cerebrolysin 10mg/ml qd

>SuperMemo
SuperMemo is a proprietary program. Proprietary software is often malware.

So if I just mix the entire stimulant section into my morning coffee I'll become a studying god? Done.

See, that's the problem man. I'm just not motivated.

You're either going to get a surgical residency at mass general or potentially develop cancer from the Vorinostat alone, or both. Either ways keep it up king

Your notes regarding the use of SRS are rather brief and lacking in detail, considering the notable variety of methods of use and strategies both short-term and long-term, add-ons, and so on. I also place emphasis on many of the lifestyle points you mention and nootropics, but I have not been able to utilize Anki in a way that is fluid and practical long-term. What makes your usage different or more effective than how others utilize SRS?
