Here's the error I received in the cases where the game actually launched.

Looking at all the different functions, try copying over SYNONYMS.ERB and MISC.ERB in the \ERB\TRANSLATION\ folder of the translated branch to whatever version you're playing. Same with COMF414.ERB (i think it's for cooking) in \ERB\コマンド関連\COMF\日常系\ folder. Make sure to make backups of the original files just in case it ends up fucking other things in the code. If it does so or still have issues you might just have to wait until someone gets around to merging translated with eng-development again.

That's very odd, I was downloading the Dev Builds on the wiki, but for some reason the version I was trying to paste files into was from 2019. Either way, trying to paste them into a fresh version of the game didn't work (now I'm getting no dialogue at all beyond the basic game stuff) so I'll just wait patiently for the proper release I guess. I waited this long for the translation, so I can wait a little longer, no problem.

During sex? Not really, but you can give her aphrodisiac and pass initiative so that she lasts longer, but she will do random things on her own. You might stop just short of her passing out, cook something nice for her, take a bath, and give her a potion so that she recovers and push her back down.
Additionally, anyone you're 'training' will slowly get increased sta/ene, but it's a significant time investment.

when her stamina is low and you ar on top, stop every action so the command pillow talk get selectable, if it succeed, you both get back a small amount of stamina/energy.
Immediately give her an aphrodisiac to put her back at 100% frustration.
Then give initiative so the items command get selectable to give as many drugs restoring stamina that you have on hands.

Dialogue is simple, but modding the game to add hypnosis would require collaborative effort. That is if you want a proper thing to come out of this of course, could very well end up being its own title, considering that hypnosis could make some mechanics redundant... I see potential here.

I guess it depends how all-in you'd want to go with it. Hypnosis is already a thing in K but there's not much to it aside from getting girls to do actions without any checks and maybe getting addicted to it though I don't know if there's any events related to it or not (I know the Hypnotist event is a thing but it doesn't have anything to do with a girl's Hypno Exp). You can argue that you can already do whatever actions you want in TW regardless of checks with Time Stop rape so that's where it becomes redundant.
The way I've thought about it personally is giving different methods and ways of hypnotizing with varying levels of effectiveness or potential consequence. You could hypnotize a girl and slowly mold her the way you like with suggestion to make her more attracted to you/obedient/slutty/whatever else, you could alter her common sense over time to be more open with sex and whatnot, or just straight up brainwash a girl into a mindless obedient drone. Obviously with the latter and other more obvious methods you'd run the risk of other girls figuring out what you're up to and potentially confronting you.
There's other ideas I have in regards to this hypothetical hypno era game but this is just kind of the basics even if it is just me rambling more than anything.

It would depend on the kind of hypnosis you want. Something like the "blank mind" type of hypnosis could be reworked into the already present time stop mechanics, just different dialogue, different portraits and making it spend time alongside "hypno points" instead. You can also make an argument for the "obeys any order without seeing anything wrong with it" by making some kind of override to the personality or some kind of third status alongside lewd and love, but that would probably be more work for the individual 2hu autists.

My ideal era game would be something like JK but with hypnosis instead. That would be some good shit.
