I never said Heisei Riders wore powered armor. I said that it's typically one of three for the source of their Rider powers.

Super science, time travel, and fusing with aliens/demons/devils/whatever else. Although I should've also included magic. Since I think that was what the Hibiki Riders used. I don't remember since I basically stopped watching Hibiki when I saw a clip of him fighting a giant grab and striking its weak point to do massive damage.

just armor. Hibiki gains his power through skill and hard work. anything he can do in armor, he can pretty much do out of.

For a moment there, I thought this was /m/.

Anyway, I think I like Kabuto the most. And I like how Hibiki looks, but I haven't watched it. I plan to watch it someday.

Kabuto because Tendou is the sexiest Rider to date.

Followed by Black. Then Black RX who I grew up watching. Well, I was around when Black aired but was more into those Jetman things.

That would be true if Tendo was awesome, instead of a complete ass. Kamina however is awesome and reeks of complete epic win. Tendo's only saving grace is that he's a Kamen Rider. Which of course is the greatest replacement or alternative to god (or any deity) known to man.

It got good again in the Todoroki/Zanki arc near the end, though. That called for manly tears.

Also, Hibiki could have had the first (decent) female Rider at last, but they decided to give Akira some emo backstory and then have her give up on her training. Fucking shame.

When watching Hibiki you just gotta keep in mind it wasn't originally going to be a Kamen Rider show. It just got sort-of hijacked into one.
