So I usually don't come to these threads but I'm not really sure where else to ask this.
It seems that Japan is reworking some of it's laws governing AV and I was curious if anyone here knew anything about what's being discussed.
I know a big part of it is that they are closing a loophole in which 18 and 19 year old performers can use a law that is supposed to help minors remove their appearances from distribution in various works.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about:
Retardedly, women in Japan are allowed to hide their AV past by requesting companies to remove all works featuring them after a specific amount of time, usually 3 years. Part of that law is that anyone under 20 was considered a minor and was allowed to request removal at any time. The result was that the industry stopped hiring 18 and 19 year olds completely. So now the Japanese government is reworking that legislation to be consistent with other laws so that only those under 18 would be allowed to request unlimited revocation of their participation in such works.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone with better Japanese than me knew more about what is being proposed, because I know that the above is not the only potential changes to their laws that is being discussed.
