Well, the issue with managing monstergirl troops is that they have a brutal weakness- families. They all either desperately want to settle down, or already have and are pining for their men and kids back home. Both cases mean that you've got perhaps a few battles in your troops before they've deserted. It worked in Druella's favor when there was a whole city of men ripe for the rape that she set up, but it's easy to see how a prepared human host on the field would be far harder to capture- and thus, how morale with her troops could drop like a rock.

Nobody said the daughter of a demon queen had to be a perfect general, but in her defense, at least Lescatie shows she's adapting her strategy accordingly. Let's look closer at that first point. Human families are a thing too, yes, but the demon queen's own magic ensures the already tight family bonds between monstergirls and their incubi/kids are going to be above all else. This is good for when you consider their pre-DL urges, but also terrible when you consider that while humans are a tad less magically loyal, they can at least set aside their hearts for a bit to ensure their country is safe. Of course, all of this would flip on its head if said monster's home territories were being threatened- now it isn't about acquiring husbands or land, it's about defending the ones they have.

They will, of course, but it'll have to have Druella's stamp all over it. Keep in mind that defeat was in Druella's younger years, presumably when the Radical faction wasn't as well-estabilished.
In the Salvarision book, Druella's new and remodeled extremist army is disciplined, organized, integrates both monsters and incubi (to the point of founding the Dark Esquire corps for people who want to support their spouse in battle even if they lack martial training), and is full of fanatics that are absolutely loyal to Druella and the extremist cause.
There have been multiple attempts by the Order to retake Lescatie and they've all been completely annihilated.
As for other forces, it's mostly a problem for the undisciplined warbands that spontaneously pop up when a local powerful monster gets enough of a following. The Royal Makai Army mitigates it by rotating the troops so that married monsters are posted in defensive garrisons near the capital while the eager single monsters are sent to the borders, and presumably the armies of other organized monster nations like Dragonia use a similar system.

Monsters armies are basically a small elite core of radicals and professionals and the rest are basically randos there for the promise of a reward (aka husband). Someone once compared them to Germanic raiding bands.
Monsters generally are not interested in going to war and it would be against her values to force them to do that even if she could. She didn't order all those monsters to attack Lescatie, the monsters went there because they saw what a shithole Lescatie was and wanted to liberate it. She basically just supervised them to keep things running smoothly and neutralized any high-value targets before they could threaten monsters.
Monsters in the army are also allowed a great deal of levity when it comes to spending time with their spouse. In Druella's Lescatie former heroes can even outright refuse orders from Druella, and only fight if they want to. You can literally refuse to go on an expedition because you want to go shopping with your spouse (at least if you are high-ranking).
Of course, plenty do still fight because of personal loyalty to Druella, extremist sympathies and sense of duty.
