This is why F/Z wasn't just a solo effort by Urobuchi, like so many of y'all claim. Gen was gonna include a Loli Assassin as a big part in Waver's character arc but upon telling Nasu about it he just went "No, that's a bad idea" and it was scrapped

I didn't exactly expect Saber to give herself away although some minor reaction would have been nice -- the very first Bad End has Rin making a grimaced expression when Shirou decides to quit the War, showing her outward opposition to his participating isn't the whole truth about her feelings on the subject, so sneaking in something subtle lowkey like that would've been great.
