Sakura being a rape victim ends up making her a lot less relatable for most women so she isn't as big with them as Rin is, even if a lot of them do seem to be into her. Rin is just the right amount of being fierce and strong mixed with insecurity and vulnerability for maximum appeal. Plus Sakura doesn't have a harem with Archer and Lancer like Rin does.
