Again, I don't really know the logistics for fabric dolls, but TPE/Silicone can take 2-4 weeks just to build, and another 2-3 weeks to get it to you, if its shipping from across the world.

As others have mentioned, the fact that its a custom made thing, you might be SOL in the first place. If you had bought through a vendor, they might have been able to work with you in cancelling the order, but some of them will take a chunk of the money, so if you paid $1000 for this, they might have kept $250-$300 for kind of wasting everyone's time and also the fact that they now have a doll that they might not be able to re-sell and/or might be sitting on a while.
