/jp/, god knows I'm not an idol fan but I learned about her story today and it destroyed my soul.
How can one die at 21 ? She deserved so much better.
Why didn't you save her, /jp/ ?

Karin Maruyama (丸山夏鈴). She died at 21. She fought against cancer all her life and strived to be an idol.
She uploaded a serie of videos everyday during her last hospitalization, the last are pretty hard to watch.

Good evening, Karin-chan.
It has been a while.

This day has come again this year, hasn't it?
New Year's Eve.
I think that this day comes every year, but the year goes by so fast, doesn't it?

This is the seventh time I have commented on Karin-chan's blog on New Year's Eve since she left this world.

I hope you had a good time in heaven this year.

As for the world below, the Tokyo Olympics, which Karin-chan had hoped to see, were held a year later than last year, but I feel that the Olympics, which had no spectators, lacked excitement.
This year, as in the previous year, we have been at the mercy of the Corona virus.
Nevertheless, the long-awaited vaccinations began and, for reasons that remain unclear, the outbreak of coronavirus has been rapidly decreasing since the Olympics were closed, and I feel that daily life is gradually returning to normal.

As for myself, I had just purchased a new car at the beginning of spring this year, and after driving it for only half a year, I carelessly hit a bump in my car.
A month later, I fell down and spent a month in the hospital for the first time in my life due to a ruptured Achilles tendon in my right foot.
I hope next year will be a better year.

I hope Karin-chan and Cherry get along well with each other and live happily in heaven for a long time to come.
I am praying for you, too.

Thank you very much for your support this year, Karin-chan.
I look forward to working with you again next year.

That has nothing to do with idols or anything it's just a person you don't know who died of cancer.

It sucks, but there are many of those you know?

What an idiotic question... Even infants die, nobody's ever too young for that.

>> No.39581517

Infants didn't get to develop to the point that they understand how much they're losing. People dying in their teens and twenties is sadder to me.
