I just spent a week doing 5 extra cards each day to make up for a single day I let slip by. I find this helps discourage me from procrastinating. Especially when there's an ugly yellow sticky note in the middle of my wallpaper shaming me and reminding me of what happens when I'm a lazy fuck.
