so, looks like you are dealing with connected tunnels then. This is just something that can happen especially on cheaper dolls, though it is somewhat rare.
There are a few options for you, but mostly you want to focus on getting the hole between sealed. Sealing a tpe hole or rip can be done via paste or heat, but for the inside of the tunnel paste is generally less destructive.

First thing i would attempt is to see if any of those holes look like the go into the skelly(which is probably going to be hard). If they dont, you lucked out and you just have connected tunnels. If you only have connected tunnels, spread the legs just enough over an area that can drain and very gently put water through one end to flush the tunnel(this is to remove any built up crusties). I would use a douche to do this with warm slightly soapy water, but be careful cause you are going to want to get rid of any residue at all after. Holding one hole closed while you douche should allow just enough pressure to go through the hole while not forcing into the skelly.

After its thoroughly rinsed and dried out(aquarium pump is a lifesaver here), you can work on trying to seal the hole.

Alternately, you can just seal the hole, but you do risk something growing behind it and spreading.


To seal the hole, especially this deep you are going to want something like a TPE patch kit, which is essentially a slurry of TPE paste with a dissolving agent. You can make it yourself, or some vendors sell it premade. Keep in mind if you make it yourself be very careful not to make it too strong, or it wont dry and will eat farther than you patch.

Apply the paste into the holes with a disposable pippet thing(looks like a long eyedropper) and then let it dry for 24-48hrs or longer(again, pump works wonders getting the air circulating).

After its all sealed up you should have a pretty durable plug that should stop any future issues. This all may seem intimidating, but its something a lot of doll owners have done successfully when needed.
