It seems like she won the Genshin drama, and pretty definitively too? Korekore's stream was surprisingly helpful as it exposed a lot of the context around what was happening, i.e. how the genshits were shitting on her before this even began for the sake of drama, and how her antis are legit 89-toothed schizos rather than the justicefags they portray themselves as. And Nanase has now admitted that he fabricated the screenshots for clout, so the whole narrative that she "sicced her rabid fans" on him looks ridiculous in retrospect, he got exactly what he wanted.
I haven't looked into the reaction enough to gauge it, but I have to think this can only be good for her. Maybe things can finally begin to settle down now, this should take some of the wind out of the antis' sails and make normalfags think twice before amplifying drama about her now that it's exposed it's being manufactured by bad actors.

The first part is total shitposting that's identical to Twitter antis, i.e. "menhera 33-year old hag abortion paypigs". Then a few people comment on her stream/have actual on-topic genshit discussion. Then Nanase comes up and it devolves into chaos again, there are a couple anons calling "fake and gay" and "she did nothing wrong" but they're drowned out by the negativity. Then the thread hits post limit.
I also checked out some of the newer threads after it got revealed as fabricated, opinion has shifted a bit. They definitely still hate nekofami, who they think are ruining genshit, but opinion is divided on whether Mike herself is owed an apology because it was faked, or whether she's still the villain because she shouldn't have funneled regardless and is an idiot who took Nanase's bait.
