She's not struggling, she's suicide running through hordes of enemies instead of going the primarily intended back route where you sneak through the castle.

To give you an idea of how broken it is, Rock Sling with the Meteorite Staff can just completely lock down most bosses from across the arena with how much stagger damage it does.
Flare is fighting Godrick right now. With the Meteorite Staff + Rock Sling combo you can literally just start spamming it the second you zone into the arena and Godrick never even gets to attack once. You don't even have to get summons to tank for you or anything like Koyori did with her Glintstone Sorceries.
