Sharin no Kuni. I am at the Touka stage. Thought I was going to have a fun time provoking the tsundere, but it seems our protagonist is obliged to deal with her fascist pig mother too. Damn and blast.

Finished this two days ago.. Fucking masterpiece, Shame fandisc will never be completely translated. The epilogue was way to short and I want more porn. .

I'm about 4 hours into Cross Chanel, I like it so far.

Finished Natsumi's route so far and I loved the robot Adam and human Eve living in the spacestation, while the humanity perished ending. Felt awesome even though she isn't really my favorite girl.
Aiming on clearing Mika's route now (I rather like her actually, she's a cute loli), so then I could access Haruka's route. The destiny she got during the scene with the motor and the katana at Chieri's airport felt bad, and I really want to see whether one could change her destiny into something better.

Image is one of the most epic moments ever in the game. Absolutely loved that scene.

It's amazing how much stuff is getting translated these days.

Playing Himawari now, just finished Aqua's route.
Thought that nothing could fill the emptiness I felt after finishing Baldr Sky and Muramasa.
I was wrong, Himawari is awesome, Aqua is the best character ever.

Finished Haruka's route (including Mitsuki bad ends) so I'm depressed and angry at the same time.

Playing some Dive2 before I tackle the rest of Kiminozo. BTW, do I need to read the reminiscences? They're the same scenes I've read but with 1 or 2 little differences so it's a bummer to read all that.

Half way thru kirakira, stalled has I am currently replaying suikoden 2.

Recently finished Baldr Sky, last route was full of bricks and awesome (not that other routes didn't have any), definately my favorite VN ever right now.

Have been quite depressed since it was all finished now, and for some reason started playing random nukige. For some reason I'm liking this more than I tough I would, well it's of the theme I quite found liking, so that must be the reason.

to access Makoto & Sora routes you have to read them all. and there are some new events later that hasn't been shown in other routes there.

Yeah you need to read them to enter Makoto's route, probably the biggest flaw of the game.
There are a lot of new scenes in the second half that are very important to the plot though so make sure not to ctrl through them.

well I didn't really mind it as it's pretty clear what new and revelant. And it's lot better way to explain them that way than to put them to actual routes, as the new scenes mostly have to do with Sora and Kuu, and considering the nature of Sora route, putting those flashbacks there wouldn't really fit in my opinion.

They hinted to it in Dive 1.
And I guess they had to do something like this to speed things up between them since Kou was in an "almost lover but not really" relationship with Chinatsu and Sora was trying to help Rain. It did bring a nice dimension to their relationship in the last route though.

As they were already in love even without the howling incident, altough they didn't quite realize it by themselves and was more like the final push , there was also that incident with Sora and simulcra Kou in the childhood. And wasn't the whole point of the 7th world ending that they would make it sure to themselves they truly loved each other and then theres the 0/6th world true end

Also bit of personal view, but I also saw that the whole howling incident was caused by Kuu intentionaly rather than accidentaly. and it was due to situation what >>3930149 mentions. As Kuu knows Soras feelings better than anyone else and she saw that Sora was unsure of her own feelings due to her intervention. But due to Kuu sucking at communication when she was "young" (she's not just a moeblob you know?) the best idea that she came up to help Sora to realize her feelings was the Howling. So in the end I would say that Sora and Kou did fall in love in ordinary way, there was just allkinds of events on the way.

And Giga, where the fuck is my 0 world route?

Currently playing Higurashi. I played all of the first arc using that Twins'/Matsuri patch, and it's pretty depressing starting the second arc with the original graphics, without voices. Oh, well.

I've to say, I vastly prefer Umineko overall. Higurashi doesn't really interest me much.

Why aren't you using the patch for graphics that's in other thread around here, it's still unvoiced, but the graphics are matsuri's

Currently playing Higurashi with sprite patch, not that I don't like the original, but if I start with watanagashi, Shmion looks fugly. While I enjoy Higurashi, I still prefer Umineko, don't say because I already know the answer because thinking in Higurashi is impossible, to get to spacial parasytes at least, I find enjoying and scary, but the characters are pretty 'normal'
