Okay I can think of a few ways you can do this.

3D printer if you have some skill or can find or buy a model to print. You can also pay to have things printed as well. But depending on size this is a long process as large prints take forever and you wouldn't want it so hollow it could shatter.

Craft Foam/Gym mats cut and formed with heat to make it like a giant papercraft. Harden them with some paint and brush on resin (its designed for smoothing 3D prints but its a paint on layer of hardening epoxy that self levels so its useful).
