Norio Wakamoto is still top 1 for males, in case of females is a kind of a battle. However, I would probably put Mamiko Noto in the first place after all. I really enjoy younger Seiyuu's work lately, but many don't even have that many diverse roles to try different ranges for their voice. Seiyuu industry is a dumb place, where many directors are using same and only one or two VA's in half of the shows in one season. That's why I had to take a break couple years ago when KanaHana and Inori Minase were in 3/4 of shows, while voicing half of main characters. Hayami Saori ain't better, I can't really listen to many of her roles lately because her Mamiko-Notoesh voice doesn't work with many of her characters.

For example I do enjoy Rina Hidaka voice, but she has been voicing many characters with same squeaky one, while her normal voice is pretty and nice to listen to. Sadly, she uses second voice type very rarely and that's my issue. Same thing about Rie Kugimiya and her normal voice, she used it maybe few times in her career. 90s and 2000s were pretty dope with not many VA's and many shows were pretty balanced with strong veteran voice actors, while they also had plenty of new ones. Now, the industry is garbage.

Currently, I'm watching another show you can find on Netflix and it too has a Japanese dub. How do easily look for kanji that I can't simply pluck out of screenshots? I ask because I want to look for who was in the Japanese dub of the show on Netflix I'm watching.

Then go over each kanji, get all of its nanori pronunciations, and search English databases for all combinations of them. And hope the nanori pronunciation you want is in the database.
Otherwise, grab the kanji itself and plug it into .jp wikipedia, and hope that there's an English article and it's linked to the .jp article, which you can select via the language menu.
IRL in most gov't documents, Japanese names are always accompanied by their phonetic spelling in hiragana/katakana, because it's such a mess. Kanji constantly get new nanori pronunciations because people are free to choose whatever they want, and it doesn't have to match any accepted kanji pronunciation.
Think of kanji in names as a non-unique checksum that use a special writing system and have a commonly accepted/less accepted/somewhat unknown/completely new pronunciations, that you can only recognize when whatever you're reading makes contextually no sense or is somehow separated from the rest of the text.

I enjoyed the adaptation of the authors other works.
The vocal performances, despite not being performed by big name seiyuu, were honestly quite versatile (within reason) and fun to listen to. Hopefully this is the same.
