Her time has passed. She is firmly settled in the upper C/lower B tier bracket.
Also, it's gonna be all about SxF next. Shikimori will at most be an afterthought.
Funnily enough, Shikimori was originally Hayami Saori as well but i guess she chose to abandon the lesser series to focus on the higher profile one.

Not in the slightest. I don't think anyone even knows who she is. The cosplayer doing the ED is way more associated with the character than the seiyuu is.

Honestly the hype going down when they announced they went with Onishi and a newbie as main characters, only went up again after first teaser due to beautiful images but overall so many competition so i'm not sure, My Dress Up Darly got many Malefags due to fanservice/lewd, Shikimori as story i don't think male otaku will like it, it looks too shoujoish despite being shounen
