Everything you've heard boils down to people speculating over her getting fired because "if Cover had to fire her it HAD to be bad!" But we know literally nothing except she leaked some messages, which could be harmless or not, no clue.
However, we can tell from context that they weren't so bad. Her fellow holomems still miss her and want her there, most recently Fubuki after the Fes:

If she really burned her bridges, you wouldn't have Marine and Pekora crying, you wouldn't have Fubuki saying on stream she wishes Rushia was there to share the stage with them, you wouldn't have all the other reactions saying it made them sad.
My personal theory is that Rushia accidentally leaked sponsor info. Something as simple as "I'm recording a song today" for an unannounced project would be enough to get her fired if sponsors are involved because Cover can't brush that under the carpet because they need to appease the third parties. So they threw Rushia under the bus to keep their sponsorships. A-Chan implied if they weren't a big company they'd have been able to overlook it (ie, before shareholders and sponsors like the old days).
This way Cover isn't being evil and Rushia isn't either, it's just a trainwreck.
Cover is definitely incompetent though; if you ever have a problem they're going to somehow make it worse. See: appointing Mel's sexual harasser as her manager, making Coco's antis her mods so they banned all her real supporters, stopping Rushia from being able to clear herself so she leaked to korekore out of desperation, etc.

You have to understand they were all putting up a PR line by the company during the height of the drama. If they started disagreeing with her firing or anything like that it would have just made everything worse.
