The new black tenga fliphole is pretty much the best thing on the market, it says you can only use it 50 times, but I heard of people using it 200+ times. The only lube that's suitable for onaholes is water-based. I think giving it a wash with washing up soap/liquid after should be enough to keep it in good condition.

I have OP's onahole.
Its soft. Really soft. Durable enough I should say.

It holds lube really well, and its not too tight.
It has a textured feel inside when you touch it, but actually feels smooth when lubed up and in use.
