I think Bokuben is better remembered today if only because of the manga. Also Bokuben got two seasons (albeit it was obviously split-cour) and Fuuka only got one, so Bokuben had exposure for longer. Also Mafuyu was by far the most popular girl in the series; in one character poll she got more votes than the other girls combined. At the very least we can say Mafuyu was more popular than Fuuka.
