I have somewhat similiar problem as OP had though not quite as bad yet. I've been living with nothing but student benefits from the state for the last few years. But I haven't done any studying for more than a year and even before that I didn't study as much as I should have. So a few days a go I got a letter saying I won't be getting any money from the state anymore. Now I've got about 100€ left, no income and I have to pay my rent which is ~250€ +~15€ for electricity in 3rd of january. Food is no problem, I'm used to dumpster diving for food, and macaroni is almost free anyway. So how do I get 170€ or more in less than 4 weeks and at least 300€ per month after that? (FYI I've never worked a single day in my life.) Do I have to start looking for work or is there some way I can remain NEET?

2: Suicide\Crime Spree that ends in suicide.

Working is easy once you start.
Or so I hear.

With your living expenses you really won't have to work much to stay in the green. Of course being Europe I should think it would be harder to pick up some night shift at a convenience store or supermarket. Usually around Christmas stores are in need of extra help, though.
What about the tactic of walking into the stores/restaurants, looking out for ads and asking if they're hiring? Isn't that how this is usually done?

It's -3 degrees celsius outside atm and will be colder in january and february. So I don't really like the prospect of becoming a hobo. As much as I hate working, freezing to death might suck even more than doing some labor ;_;

>> No.3883208

I thought they couldn't toss you out on the street in Europe/UK for not being able to pay rent? It was all Socialistic and crap.

I've gotten 2 jobs this way. It's humiliating, and can take months, but it works.
