That would depend if she is exactly the same as the PC-98 era. Reimu, Alice and Marisa passed through some changes so if she ever comes back it would be natural to have some changs applied to her to adjust to the windows era.

That said, while I like her I have come to accept that we have no saying in what ZUN decides for HIS work. And considering how this franchise run we are free to create doujin books, stories, games and whatever about her so let's just enjoy fan content.
