I just completed プリンセス・コレクション, the card game from 愛佳でいくの!!.
As far as card games go it's fairly unique as there are no decks and no drawing, you just have all of the cards on your team at all times.
Deckbuilding in this game emphasizes building an assassin deck to counter the specific deck your opponent is bringing, which gives a really fresh feeling compared to something like Yu-Gi-Oh! or MTG Forge. Choosing which opponent you think you can defeat the most consistently with your current card pool is very important as well.
There are plenty of cards in the game and all of them do multiple things, so there's a lot of variety. The balance is excellent, all of the cards are useful and useful in different ways. If you have a character from a Leaf VN that you really really like and want to build a team around, you should have no problem finding them here and making something fun.
I would say my biggest disappointment is that there's no story at all. I think it would have been fun if there was a little skit for every character when you unlock their card, like in わいどにょ.

It took me a little under 5 hours to play it from start to finish, but I imagine it could last a lot longer than that for a player with less experience with card games.
It's definitely the best eroge card game I've ever played, so if you're interested in that genre or just really like Leaf games I'd say definitely check it out.

On unrelated note to Bokunatsu, I love Kiri very much, I love how she's given so much screentime to interact with her friend, showing how composed she is to hide her true feelings towards the dam and the village because her father works on the construction, how all of that mask falls apart and she become sulky irrational mess when MC is involved starting when she knows one of their older, mutual childhood friend kissed MC once when she's not around. It feels like she's more than just a childhood friend waifu, but an actual person with her own set of problems and flaws that I can endear myself to. I also like the fact that the VN's atmosphere so far fits itself itself nicely inbetween the lolrandumb comedy moege and 100% drama heavy like WA2, it keeps the tone to the ground, but not overly heavy that it spoils the whole comfy rural setting, just teenagers being dumb teenagers at most. Would not 100% it though because I heard there's yurishit and I hate that with a passion, but I'm looking forward to how the route ends.

There aren't many. It's a pretty underused genre combination.
The best I've played is Rance 5D, but that's closer to being a board game than a card game.
I've heard good things about Rance X, but I haven't gotten that far in the series yet myself. I'm replaying 戦国 a few more times before I move onto Quest.
There's also a really really obscure Gainax game called あにまる・まぐねてぃずむ～ぽちのだいすき～ that has character designs I really like but I wasn't personally a fan of the story or gameplay. It also won't run on operating systems newer than XP. An interesting curiosity at least, and probably at most too.
And there's an English 3DPD game called TF Card Battle by ApolloSeven that has a non-3DPD mode. If you can get past the presentation it has some solid Dominion-style drafting gameplay. Another decent English title is Strip Poker Night at the Inventory, which is surprisingly well written.

Sadly for now the best option for a full-fledged experience is probably still the Tag Force series. You might not be able to take Asuka to pound town in Tag Force, but you do get to see her frustrated and humiliated face as she falls to her knees after you defeat her, and for me at least that's almost just as good.
最強カードバトル is worth mentioning as well, if for no other reason than because it's free.

You can also look into literal card games. Like, ones made out of cardboard.
There's stuff like Tanto Cuore and WIXOSS but they have the issue of being 2 Player+. No single-player action there unless you count hotgluing.
Personally I'm partial to the works by Domina Games. Lots of cute girls, mystical/dark settings, very solid gameplay, and a surprising amount of story for board games. They've made 9 single player games that I'm aware of: Geminoa, Margot, Lemures and six different versions of Blade Rondo. Not erotic, but playing them gives me the same vibe as a cool obscure PC-98 game. I'd check them out if that sounds like the kind of thing you're into.

There is 8 year gap between Kakyuusei 1 and 2, and and 9 year gap between Doukyuusei 2 and Kakyuusei 2. People changed, the market changed, so is their expectation for heroines and themes in their games. Elf know they have strong baseline for their IP, but they still have to market it for the new folks. Done with Kiri's route in Bokunatsu, I'll be honest, the experience kind of felt flat near the end, the time capsule that MC buries never discovered, you don't actually see what happen to the village, and the route ends with MC and Kiri just promising that they'll see each other again next summer with no special CG whatsoever. The route's still feel nice to read overall, with all the scenes dedicated to the heroine's POV and side characters continuously interacting with both MC and the heroine through the entire route, it just felt weird that such an enjoyable experience ends with just a thud instead of something like CG of Kiri giving MC farewell as he returns to the city, or far future epilogue where they marry, or both of them finally digging out the time capsule they're looking for, etc.
Second, don't play the original PC version, either play the all-ages dreamcast version or the special merge version which is basically PC version with dreamcast backgrounds and CGs added to it. Or better yet, get the actual dreamcast version since the PC complete edition doesn't have voiced MC in it. The H scene is also replaced with more lovey-dovey fluff in the dreamcast version, which I like better because it has its own CGs, and the Kiri rape scene feels out-of-place considering the generally slow and comfy atmosphere of the VN.
