I've literally looked everywhere and I can't find anything almost.

I've always wanted to see the leeked inside life of a Manga-ka. Their work space, their tricks, how they work, just things like that.

Can we have a thread with any information on the life of a sucessful/professional Manga-ka?

This is Araki's living room apparently.

Doujin artists sometimes post photos on their websites, and the ones I saw all lived in tiny messy hellhole apartments packed with tech/anime shit just like any other otaku. But you asked for successful, I guess.

Even the manga-ka that produce famous titles I've heard are still pretty much broke. If you have any inside info/pictures of that, please, by all means contribute.

I just don't want to see the "LOLI'MSOGOODATMAINGUH." Americanfag bullshit. You know, How weaboo's think if they make on paper they think they're automatically Manga-ka?

It was just things I saw years ago back when you had to actually search through artist websites to get any decent hentai. If I had anything I'd post it.

I don't want to rub it in but it was probably the best experience I've had in my life. When I was in high school Slam Dunk helped me get through a lot of troubles and hard times I had. REAL is simply a masterpiece. It was like meeting my god, the man's work had been my therapy for years.

There were short stories of Hiromu Arakawa and her assistants in the Fullmetal Alchemist manga profiles book. I lost the scans, but there were things like a small map of their studio, it even has a tiny room with 4 beds for when the assistants need to sleep over, and Arakawa has her own private room.
They also had a notebook on their cow-themed bathroom where they drew 4komas, everyone drew one panel sometimes when they went to the bathroom.
