Not only do you not understand how your favorite game is developed but you also don't know how work in japan is like. Typical company and the overwhelmingly shitty quality of FGO should go to show how they just went salvage mode with what they had to work with. Luckily that is enough for their playerbase.
Nasu also clearly stated he got time to work on Tsukihime after he was freed up from his Gacha duties. This isn't even an argument. Nor is it up for debate that Tsukihime got delayed because they were approached about making FGO. The only subjective benefit is they seem to use their gacha profits on other projects instead of the gacha. Tsuki quality may have been increased and it's TM's best overall project but it likely wasn't worth being delayed by years for a gloss of paint. Look at how good Mahoyo is afterall.
I think the only real benefit of the delay is that the long wait means BLACK has had enough time to sharpen his craft and Red Garden is bound to be even more god-like. With Nasu about to finish up his gacha's story, the coming decade may make up for the previous.
