For those playing AL-K, there was an update to 1.050 recently that was reflected on the English Translation branch. As the update changes a whole bunch of things (such as clothing slots, descriptions and new ABL/EXPs), it will break your existing saves and custom characters.

Looks like they're trying to overhaul a few aspects of the game as well, and add new 'ship types' (Magic Warrior, Seaplane Tender, Missle Destroyer? Are those in actual Azur Lane? Haven't touched the actual mobage since the first couple of months of its release). They seem to be trying to add some sort of new image calling function for custom charcters, unless I'm just misinterpreting what they're doing. The ability to call a normal image as well as a Dress Up image. There's also a few new stats and exp, which comes up (translated?) as Unrecognised ABL/EXP, but the CSV files says something about 'Intellectual Power' and 'Attractiveness' for ABL, and either 'Costume Pref' exp or Scat exp; can't tell. Maybe the latter since Costume Pref is currently commented out.

There are otherwise parts of the update that will just simply cause crashes as well because it looks like the game coding is not fully unified/updated yet because it'll try to call for something that no longer exists.

tldr; newest update will cause crashes a lot and break your existing 1.045 games/custom characters, avoid if you don't want to see what crashes

The difficulty of eraMegaten is pretty much like the old Shin Megami games (if one is to compare to the Persona games), where later on you have enemies that just constantly spam instant death stuff on you or kamikaze spam. If you overlevel like crazy then they're not able to do as much against you, but it can make some dungeon runs feel incredibly tedious because of all the crap you have to go through, especially if there isn't a terminal in that dungeon.

While you can ignore it for most of the game, you should try to get a good set of buffs/debuffs across your party as well as later on some bosses are just mean about spamming self buffs/party debuffs.

If the game is still sticking to WWII warships then seaplane tender is a ship type that was used during that time, missile destroyer is a post warship type that shouldn't be in(though they could break those rules if they want), and magic warrior is not an actual type of ship at all. That is probably taken from something else and put in for variety, I mean you can see from the character options just how AL-K is just a branch of Th-K

When I was still very new to TW, I was planning to go out to the Forest of Magic to do some foraging/logging. Having done a bunch of stuff, I went to a neighbour's house to eat food that they were preparing. I then went to cook my own food, thinking I'd eat it later on after doing some activities outdoors.

That was the first time I found that food goes off if you don't eat it very soon after cooking it. Despite doing a bunch of stuff outdoors, not enough time passed for me to get hungry enough before the food I had on me totally went bad. After finding out that you can't just dispose of food you're carrying at the time, I went to go home thinking that I could maybe throw it away at home. Since I was out of TSP, I had to walk past a bunch of 2hus on the way home.

That was also the first time I found out that 2hus can and will snatch whatever food you're carrying at the time to stuff themselves with, and will report you to Reimu for feeding them rotten food. Even though they snatched this off me without me being able to stop them.

There really needs to be more options (being able to refuse) for stuff like that, instead of a forced interaction. Maybe make it so that if you refuse to give food to people who came by because they're attracted by the smell or happen to see you carry it, depending on their traits and how friendly they are with you, they may danmaku battle you for the right to eat the stuff. Even if they'll hate it after, or maybe allow for double KOs if they battled you for rotten food and beat you, and then ate it.

While it's nice that they're pushing out updates for AL-K to make it more playable (less crash-y) with the new update, it looks like there needs to be more coding work to link stuff in Akashi's Shop to the new clothing slot definitions. Most of the actual shipgirl part shops like Guns, Anti-Submarine and such causes the game to crash and if you like accessories, the Accessory section of her shop is blank since it's trying to read a list that no longer exists (or changed too much compared to the old list). So for those playing AL-K, don't update yet as the current English 1.050 version isn't fully playable yet.

What's a reliable way of getting submit marks on females in eraMegaten? So far all I know of is after raising their obedient and/or desire (and maybe their sensitivity?), you can make them orgasm from two different spots for Pleasure and Submit Mark +1. If you don't have it high enough they instead get Pleasure and Hate Mark +1 instead. There's also forcibly making them lick your foot, but that gets you Submit and Hate Mark +1.
