making your own Fumo definitely sounds interesting, but I'm a little afraid of the investment. Sure every hobby has some initial cost for basic tools/equipment, but I'm not sure if I want to spend a lot of money on fumos and materials, knowing that the first few are just going to be for practice and will probably turn out bad.
Not to mention I'm not really interested in sowing, I just would love to have a custom Fumo so that's probably the wrong attitude to have when getting into a hobby in the first place.
