I genuinely can't see the foundation of Eviltoko appearing without a very forced plot point appearing abruptly. But I guess that happens when you try to mix in your own half of the story (Meguri) with someone else's (Gou) and try to mingle them somehow. Unfortunately, Eua still has the "lol im bored" motivation, and we know that she's manipulative too, so whatever she makes Satoko think will be dishonest and not really compelling to the reader as a proper motivation for the latter in particular, which makes me not have high hopes for this story.
