It's my first playthrough. My situation at turn fifty is as shown.

If I conquer any of the four "normal" countries I'm neighboring, that will trigger the temple event which normally would happen around turn 90. If I attack the Asai-Asakura, Uesugis will declare war and the same happens. The only ones I seem to be allowed to kill are the mutants in the lower right, but they are fucking strong.

What should I do at this point?

Capture Takuga.
Move onto Mouri, capture all the sisters and bleed them to death before doing the event to uncurse Mouri. Leave them be for now.
Murder Asai-Asakura.
If Kenshin declares war, declare war on houjou as well and procede to bleed uesugi while you conquer houjou.
Make sure you conquer Kenshin via events right after you conquer Houjou or vice-versa, afterwards finish Mouri.

Congratulations you just have Takeda standing before you bleed the demon army to death.

Forgot to mention that you can leave Asai-Asakura for last and go for Takeda instead of Uesugi doesn't declare war.

Save beforehand and prepare to reload in that case should you want to capture the generals for later house bonus unlocking.

Asai-Asakura might be nice for you considering your current NP situation. Hire the faggot you capture once you conquer it and get him up to trust and all of your current territories get + NP, meaning +13 NP going off your screenshot. Uesugi will declare war then and you have two options, completely ignore them and use Rance for auto winning and focus your force elsewhere or concentrate on attacking Uesugi and get Kenshin/Ai. I personally ignored Houjou/Takeda/Mouri/Takuga on my first playthrough and did fine.

Capturing the Takeda guys on the first playthrough isn't really ideal. I'd personally save the bother for Ran/Kill the monkey where you can concentrate on doing what you want without LOLDEMONARMY knocking on your door 24/7 with constant story events.
