They're not even translated on the wiki (or dumped). Nor is there good gameplay information. If someone actually goes out and translates it, it might get a patch.

I just wish it had comprehensive play information like the Touhou games. I tried one of them once but got confused; it had it's own bombing mechanism that wasn't like Touhou, and I think I got hit once without dying. Plus it's just a lot harder than Touhou.
