It's common enough that it exists readily enough for those that like it. I've asked him about if an abyssal Sabbath exist and he said it a ubiquitous organization that is in almost all monster realms. Also there are species that never develop past loli physically. it's just that these species are a minority and even if the Sabbath exists in most places as it is it's own self contained group that exists in a minority of each area. Most Sabathhs range from providing wider services like how Greilia's Sabbath inventing white magic for the setting or aren't particularly interested in recruiting like Shiro's or Ropurotto's.
