So what is the general view of Christianity in Japan? I know from my general understanding of anime and RPGs that there's either a complete misunderstanding of it (A good example is in touhou where Kasen says Jesus was very attached to his flesh), or an outright hatred of it. What would you say is the general level of understanding about Christianity, as well as your own?

You overestimate the hype newhus get. It is impossible for Touhou to reach Bowsette levels of trendhoppers who don't give a slightest fuck unless we get Reimu in Smash. Old but popular hus keep getting art regardless and flood of fresh art for forgettable characters stops fairly quickly. Plus there are occasions like 9/9 when popular oldhus get their share of art influx.

From what I've seen and heard most ladies like Marisa because she's a bit more relatable in the sense that she's worked hard to get her strength and her IDGAF attitude.
