Yeah, I agree. She's made a lot of progress and her Morfonica performances are a lot better now, but I think she fits the role of Haruna more. It makes a better use of her voice for sure.

Speaking of Morfonica, their growth as performers aside, I gotta admit they're getting a bit stale for me. I'm talking about the overall production of the band.
They only have a few original songs, but the novelty has pretty much worn off, much quicker than with the other bands. It all sounds samey, there's little variation.
I feel like they could really use some faster songs, maybe in the vein of Nevereverland, that they're covering. It's nice hearing Amane's voice in something different from their usual mid-tempo songs, too.

What appeals to me from the franchise is how there's 5 bands with different genres from each other, Morfonica doesn't really add too much in that department

This reminded me, Amane's voice acting skills still need work too. All of her characters just sound like Shindou Amane. I'm not expecting like a range of expressiveness or flexibility on Soramaru's level, but if her voice is distinctive, it would do her good to use that as a selling point than a weakness.

Compared to the live-action actresses in projects like Starlight, Assault Lily etc who went on to do voice acting for their characters, I haven't come across any instance of Amane's voice acting thus far that wowed me, yet those actresses who "converted" from one medium to another have been quite impressive. Even musicians-turned-seiyuu like Raychell have shown some remarkable performances in voice acting.

Bandori peaked in Bushiroad's FY7/2020 and was technically down year-on-year for FY6/2021. That said, the change in reporting period makes it impossible to perform a fair comparison.
What is worrying is the decline in Games Dept. net sales, where Bandori makes its bread and butter. Combined with the increase in TCG sales, it wouldn't be surprising if Weiss Schwarz somehow overtakes it for FY6/2022.

I love this franchise, but man, it really is cursed. Concerts with no audience, silent crowds, the girls getting sick, scheduling conflicts. For everything that goes right (great D4FES in December, getting Mizuki Nana to perform in the future) there's always something ready to fuck things up.

Yes, Ludojo has 7 "volumes" so far. Vol. 6 and vol. 7 are updated reruns of vol.1 and vol. 2 respectively, but the originals and reruns each have some bits which are not present in the previous/new run. 4 and 5 are also getting new runs this year.
