I used a program called IcoFX to custom make it (same thing with the folders you see at the top of the screen).

I had to modify some .dll file to change the firefox icon though (the IcoFX program has a tool that lets you do that), and I have more customized icons for a few things.

but I can't change the shell32.dll for vista to replace the default icons to the ones I have, because I don't know how to.

There are some foobar skin that is minimalist but the foo_toaster.dll component are not supported anymore and it doesn't support the new foobar version.
