My 2hy daydreams are generally broader in scope. The most frequently recurring one starts with me somehow ending up in Gensokyo armed with a longsword and wearing a gambeson, fighting Rumia and eventually settling down in the human village, but still going out to study magic with Patchy, sharing my scientific knowhow with the Kappas, polishing my martial skills with Youmu and Yuugi as well as getting to know Yuuka.

However, this idyllic life doesn't last. One day, an experiment set up by Patchouli reveals that certain beings from beyond, called the Outer Gods have caught an interest in Gensokyo and an invasion of otherworldly horrors is imminent (whenever this scene appeared in my dreams words "In a fortnight they'll be here, legions of the nameless fear" would ring in the distance). Everyone with any fighting capabilities are rallied to Gensokyo's defense and before long the fighting breaks out, with eldritch horrors, demonic sorcerers and cybernetic abominations made of flesh and metal pouring out of rifts in spacetime.

From this point, my fantasies/dreams tend to get a bit muddled, but they usually involve various scenes of battle (a bit like pic related, but with both sides visible) with many humans and lesser youkai perishing while holding the line. In the midst of it all, I aid the fighting as much as I can using whatever magic I managed to learn, strength of arms and scientific knowledge. Other notable scenes include Kogasa reforging my broken longsword and shortly after getting killed by The Black Pharaoh (an avatar of Nyarlathotep and the leader of the invasion force) in a heroic attempt to protect the human village. Eventually the war culminates with Reimu, Marisa and me facing said Pharaoh, the skirmish drags on for quite some time, with Reimu and Marisa bearing the brunt of the horror's assault eventually being forced to retreat due to injuries and leaving me alone to face the weakened foe. The clash between us ends with me plunging my sword through his chest and banishing him from this plane. The scenario itself ends with me coming around in a bed made of flowers with Yuuka cuddled up next to me.

That was quite disjointed as it was made up from several daydreams, nightdreams and fantasy scenarios. I blame my unhealthy obsession with Doom and the writings of HP Lovecraft for this.

At daytime when i doze off or have my mind elsewhere i have a lot of conversations, especially with Yukari and Hecatia.
When i am bored i create scenarios in my head, such as exploring the zone with satori, discussing the early 2000s with sanae and see where they go. Some scenarios i really like and revisit often, such as the one where i am writing a documentary of gensokyo for anons in the outside and get to know the different characters.
My nightly dreams are either like movies (some of you might have seen the one where i only realize its touhou right at the end) or just me experiencing something with the characters (like going to the beach with tenshi)

A lot of fantasies I have in-regards to touhou tend focus on threats that are a active/potential danger to the residents and gensokyo itself.

With one being about a incredibly odd tuskumogami inhabiting an old armory, that naturally Reimu was sent to investigate/deal with this wayward youkai. Only it wasn't one a singular tuskumogami, nor was it 2 or 3, it was a composite entity formed from countless other tuskumogami. A sort of colonial organism or in this case a colonial youkai. It's anatomy was eldritch, a grotesque marriage of Limbs, rope, worn blades, and rusted samurai armor. With it's head being a warped samurai helmet and a fractured hannya mask. the beast attacks Reimu in a frenzied rage, launching it bladed limbs at her, with three of them nearly skewering her.

Cut and bruised she retaliates back at the abomination with her ofuda and needles only for it to fail, as it absorb said items into it's self. "If prayer slips and needles are all but worthless against such a creature, than maybe a prayer of fire will exterminate this foul horror". An with that prayer the tuskumogami is engulfed in flame, as it's body burned away a curious item was left behind. A malformed pearl seeping with the collective aura of the tuskumogami's.

before she reached for the pearl, the floor beneath her began animated desperately trying to lash out at her. but it was no use she snatched the pearl off the floor thus preventing it from reforming a new body.

The pearl was impervious, no blade could scratch it, an not even exorcism couldn't dispel it. Try as she might, she couldn't exterminate this mad youkai. Even the sages were stump by this puzzling youkai as any attempts to understand it were meet with resistance. So it was lock away in a living chest, an isolated away from any settlement be it human or youkai. lest it forms again an interoperates entire village an whatever unlucky tuskumogami into it's self.

the other fantasies tend be more be more relaxed or rarely sexual, but this post is already too meaty so I'm just gonna end it here.

Touhou is better suited for more relaxed and simple fantasies. It's an iyashikei, but in a kamikakushi-like world.

I once had a dream of being stuck in purgatory-like place with Merasmus from TF2 and my best friend. It was a neverending flat plane of dark red sky and slightly more vibrant carpet-like ground. We all acted quite somber, yet also sorrowful, as if the fact that we were here happened because of a risk we took, well knowing it's consequences.
Anyway, the gimmick of that place was that you could create anything, you were basically a god of that place, but after a random amount of time - be it ten seconds or ten weeks - everything would simply reset, vanish like it never was. You could create living beings or at least ones that seemed to be alive, but there was no way to store their memories in between of those resets. I remember waking up from that dream feeling like I just lived a month in there, had me pretty dumbfounded like any of such rare dreams that happen once every year or rarer, especially the more you grow up.
The end of last world that I remember, which was one of my creations was a slapsticked sunflower field, where flowers grew out of the crimson carpet-like ground instead of even anything close to a soil, with me and Yuuka at a tea table. I remember being quite melancholic if not emotioneless, since nothing really had any resemblence of meaning anymore apart of memories of life slowly forgotten, when she suddenly got this vivid realization, the likes of which a person with alzheimer can have when they seem to become lucid for a moment, before the disease locks their minds once again. She thanked me for all the time we spent together and that even though it was coming to and end, it meant everything for her. We hugged, tearfully, while the world dissipated, along with me.

It's not really fantasy but it was an interesting experience that I thought of sharing.

I have a very old but kind of bizarre fantasy about Sakuya.

So it starts with me being a guest at the Scarlet Devil Mansion, perhaps a friend of Patchy, or more likely a blood-toy for Remilia or something like that. And I'd spent a lot of time hanging out with the fairy maids because they're dumb and goofy and energetic, but then eventually I get the bright idea to join in with them winding up Sakuya, just because she's fun to tease. This would mostly involve dressing up in a maid outfit and being all "tee hee look at me Sakuya I'm a fairy maid" while obviously screwing up basic tasks and making a mess. But unlike the fairy maids I'm not actually a maid, but a guest, so she restrains herself with barely controlled irritation, saying things like "miss, you are not a fairy" and "stop that", as dour and unimpressed as possible.

Then one day, eventually, she breaks. My cute and clumsy antics and my soft bouncy human body squeezed into a maid outfit are too much for her to endure any longer. In the middle of some stupid prank she grabs me and shoves me against the wall, which she's never done before. All the actual fairy maids scatter in fear because they can sense that Sakuya has broken. Sakuya says something like "You want to be a maid so badly, very well, it's time for your discipline."

Well, it starts with me being abducted by a creepy Shadow demon/parasite that is identical to Eddie from Guilty Gear (pic related), but bigger and more menacing, and it has a large tail, looking more like a Dragon Instead of a Gargoyle, this demon abducted me because he was looking for a host and he was looking for a young body, and he swallowed me. Then, he stands and melts into the ground with me inside and then we are transported to Gensokyo and he rises from the ground like a Zombie waking up from a grave, and he says 'We are going to feed us with lost souls'.

And we are on a dense Youkai forest, and then he began to fly, he was looking for Fairies and lesser Youkai, he finds them, he starts to swallow them, and he starts to get bigger and bigger each time he 'eats' and then a new incident starts, Reimu was alerted that a menacing beast started to cause the dissapearing of Youkais and Fairies, and he is becoming a menace to everyone in Gensokyo, and the Demon is needed to be stopped before is too late.

Reimu and her friends managed to find the Beast out in the open, she starts to shoot danmaku, but it dosent work, Marisa master sparks the Beast, it was futile.
Sanae tries to exorcise the Beast and it works, and Reimu tries seal the best for once and for all, and she succeded, but instead of sealing him, he started to burn and the Beast started to shrink and the same time he dropped the 'lost' Youkai and Fairies he ate, and he shrinked into my heart like a second skin, and i was on the floor, and I woke up gaining consciousness and confused at the same time, and Reimu and her friends rushed at me and they were looking at me angrily because they were suspecting that i caused all of this, but in reality i was nothing but a host for a Parasite Demon, and i tried to explain but they couldn't understand me and Sanae gave me advice to go the human village for help, and i started to live in there.

I met Rinnosuke after that, and we became friends, and he tells me stories about Gensokyo and its folklore, and i tell him about stories and outside World history, and one day he gave me a strange iron belt, that has a strange green medallion on it, and he tells me this belt can deflect danmaku, and i can be safe on Gensokyo, but i was vulnerable to other type of attacks, but with this belt i can explore Gensokyo somewhat safely.

I started to explore and wander Gensokyo, and i was living a new life, and i met a lot of curious and friendly Fairies along the way, and then i created a business between the human Village and Eintei, and it was a delivery company proudly called 'Gensokyo express' and i worked as a Courier, and my Fairy friends also helped with me on the business, everything was great, i started slowly, but then i started delivering important stuff for Eirin, and started a relationship with Reisen, befriending her and then we started being lovers.

And that's it i guess.
