Install Better Repack RX 10.1 (or whichever is the latest version at this time). This is necessary because the Handy Plugin needs to be installed in the BepInEx folder inside the game's root, which comes with the Repack. I hadn't the faintest idea of how to install BepInEx without this. The readme kinda vaguely suggests that you need to install the Repack, but it reads as if it takes it for granted that you already know what it is and where to get it and which version of it is required. You need Better Repack for the KKAPI.dll, which comes bundled in the zip (don't download it from the github link in the readme!)
