The outgoing/incoming hearts are easy. Just move left then right between the gaps. They're aimed at your position, so it's quite simple to do this in a rhythm. Embers is about not getting walled. Make sure you're looking at the screen and not your little hitbox.

For TH11 Ex, here's a general overview. The game is too dependent on memorizing as it is.

Sanae:
- Crisscross is at a fixed location. Generally you can stay at the bottom center without having to dodge much.
- Pretty obvious. Just plan ahead a little.
- Streaming.

Koishi:
- Move to dead center of the screen, move right when she starts shooting round bullets at you. Move back to the bottom center of the screen slowly. Repeat.
- Easy. The bullets are smaller than they look. Don't move too much.
- (Skip the two already mentioned in/out heart spam).
- Endurance card. Disrupt the pattern with sudden movements.
- More planning ahead for gaps.
- (Already mentioned embers).
- Easy to figure out, but tedious.
- Endurance hell. The bullets expand to roses wherever the light is. For the blue, stay around the upper right. For the yellow, start around the upper left, then move to the upper-right and back. The red I haven't managed to do yet. It's a matter of pushing towards the bottom-right without getting catched up.
- Dash through rings while they aren't rosey. The fourty (and last) part of it is staying within the opposite colour ring as the other one expands.

Incidentally, this last spellcard does not get any harder if you time it out.

Suwako is amongst the easiest extras if you'd ask me, along with Nue. SA extra is the only that I haven't beat yet, and damn it's miles harder than Suwako, perhaps just for the fact that you have less resources and you can't simply bomb every time you are fucked. I haven't seen all of Koishi's cards so I don't know if her danmaku is actually hard.
