Honestly every moon breaker currently in the game has some flaws that make them not so good at it.
Reisen has lots of moon breaks, but some of them are costly and they're all single-target
Clownpi has star and sun breaks too, but all her spellcards are 1-1-3
Eirin has the same 1-1-3 problem, even if she makes up for it with an all-target LW
Luna doesn't have as many moon breaks as you'd hope, even if they're on all her cards
Iku doesn't have moon her LW, even if she has a surprising number of moon breaks on her cards and LW. Ringo has the same problem as Iku except worse.
Rumia doesn't have moon on one of her spellcards, and the ones that do are solo.
Orin has the same problem as Rumia, except her LW is at least all-target
Even Sagume having great breaks on her cards is let down by the fact that her LW is mostly Star, which is almost always resisted by enemies weak to Moon.

Even looking ahead at JP, SFES are pretty much the only units with consistent, strong access to moon. And any SFES with access to moon is fairly adept at breaking with it. Almost seems intentional. The other options are:
Kagerou and Tojiko, who both have the same number of moon breaks and the same all-all-solo pattern across their spellcards, plus they both also have good wood access. Eerily similar, although Tojiko has more moon in her regular shots while Kagerou has more wood.
Seija, who only has 2 moon breaks per spellcard, but they're easy to get and her LW has 4 moon breaks, even if it's 1-1-3.
Urumi and Mystia, who are basically Seija in terms of moon breaks but worse. Urumi's LW is mostly water while Mystia has one less moon break on a spellcard.
Sexybanki has a mostly moon LW, but pitiful breaks in her regular spellcards. PCB Youmu is even worse since she has no moon breaks outside the last 3 bullets of her LW.
Hecatia and EoSD Sakuya have good moon breaks but no moon LWs.
So if you want moon, a SFES is your best option at the moment. Although IN Reisen might be good for breaking, who knows.

Just checked the event four-star story card. Why are the event story cards always so shit?
You would think they would be special, as in above those standard story cards, something to collect and cherish. But no, they are always so low in their stats, and even low when enhancing.
Did I miss something about them that makes them worth keeping? Why make them 4 and 5 stars when you just want to give them shit stats?

So while rolling for the One winged angel (white version) i got Tewi and murasa as new units, and while using the 600 free godcubes on a single Festival Prayer, i got Okina.

Are they good? I heard that Tewi is quite strong, but debuffer dont seem that strong as compared to units like the eosd 2hus or pure attacker...

The grudge doesn't exist in regular Touhou either. Yes, Mokou did originally have a grudge but after thousands of years it festered away. Mokou pretends to have a grudge due to her pride and the fact that they both essentially need each other now, both due to boredom and the fact that Mokou knows that they might be the only two that truly understand each other. As for Kaguya, there's absolutely no need for a grudge on her end. What would she gain from a grudge? She plays along with Mokou for reasons stated before.
If Mokou was still bitter about Kaguya she'd be a lot more vindictive in IN, and as much as I love Mokou I don't doubt she would actually go after ones Kaguya cares about such as Eirin (yes, I know she's immortal too), Reisen and Tewi. That might seem cruel but it's been hinted that she fucking burnt to death innocent people due to her own anger issues and again, boredom.
The fact that it's almost 2022 and people still don't comprehend this is actually kind of stunning.

Why are the Lost Word devs so scared about saying the word "Christmas"? Do they think it'll be offensive somehow? Throughout the event so far and the entire month of December I never once heard any of the characters mention Christmas once. Why is that? They simply mention vague terms like "Holiday" and "Holidays". It's clear that they're referring to Christmas, so why do they never mention it? It's not like any of the imagery in the event has anything to do with Kwanzaa or Hanukkah. It's not like Eirin was confused about the traditions and customs of the holiday. Are the Lost Word devs pandering to minorities? The only reason why the Lost Word devs are so scared about mentioning it is because they want to appeal to the African American and Jewish community. There just isn't any other reason for this. One has to wonder why this is the case and what the Lost Word devs are planning next because this is raising red flags in all directions. I agree. There's an entire story in CILR where Mokou runs to Eientei because she's worried that Kaguya would leave and go back to the moon. She mulls over her own eternity thinking that it's not so bad because if she wasn't here, another immortal (Kaguya) would be lonely. On Kaguya's side, Mokou is probably the only person she interacts with regularly that doesn't put her on a pedestal. Eirin and Reisen are deeply devoted to Kaguya, but treat her as a superior, not an equal.

This current event has the absolute worst progression so far. The devs are barely releasing new story parts for it, just 2 new ones every day, because everything needs to be dragged out to new year. Now I have maxed out the event point rewards and the final battle isn't even out yet. There is also an entire week of the event left in the new year...

You straight up do not have the card needed to get the most out of her damage. A Reimu like this can full auto the fight with no strategy. She doesn't even need those maxed Red Marisa cards for the extra stats when she uses her optimal LW card.
