Not all of them, but I've only finished maybe half of those (391 in total), so each time I just pick a random one I haven't finished and continue my game in that. I've got bookmarks to all the kouryakus in firefox and I can usually find my place again pretty easily.

Desktop is usually just where I store random shit that I download and don't know where to put. I try to be good about moving things to their proper folder, but sometimes I can't be arsed.
The C files there I was just too lazy to delete after altering them and resaving them in /home/Research
