I watched the stream and it was pretty good. It's not all flamenco, it's actually more akin to stuff like ActiveNEETs orchestra in many cases, but it has singers and its a bit fancier.
There's also actually a subbed version, but I'm not entirely sure if its accurate subs.
Now in terms of archiving it, so far no luck. Can't see anything on the consoles so far. I have time to try to see if I can download it any other way than just slapping OBS in there.

If you're talking about the .ts files then yes they exist, although I'm not entirely sure how I'd go about combining all of these. Is there a download manager I can use for these? Not really sure if I have the skills necessary to create a script myself, not my specialty.

Everything did come in .ts files, but you don't need them separately. What you need is the .m3u8 files. These files hold data for all the data for the segregated .ts files.
First you need the find the right .m3u8 file, for example in Zaiko there's actually two kinds I could see. You should look at the element of the .m3u8 file and see if you can find a list of .ts files in it in text form. That's the right one.
If you don't see a .m3u8 file, you might need to refresh the site or video.
Then you need to have the thing I linked earlier in the thread, m3u8x. In the network tab of the site, "copy link address" of the right .m3u8 file.
Open m3u8x and paste the address to the url/path and the quality url textbox.
Everything after should be self-explanatory.

I didn't realize until now the person that made this was the same person that runs JAGMO. It's pretty likely they'll do other things other than Touhou at some point, it's quite poetic it starts with 2hu.
It shows how respected ZUN is in Japan as a composer that the first game opera group in Japan and possibly the entire planet starts with his stuff, and not Yoko or Kondo or Sakuraba or Uematsu.
