A few episodes back Miko and her friend go into a hamburger joint to escape the rain and the manager gives them free fries and says that it's "雨サービス" and they translated it as "rain service" when it actually means that they're getting it for free since it's raining.
In the latest episode the doctor explains that his friend (their teacher)'s mom passed away but still controls him (今でも亡くなったお袋さんに縛られている) but they translated it as "he's still hung up about her death".
