I would give the round to Goku because he would teach Clownpiece dirty fighting techniques like biting, attacking the throat, the eyes, and going for the groing.

i think goku only excels at training saiyan's, and i don't think clown can be taught UI, so I'll go with jiren.

Ok, so if the match is a real fight and not a danmaku duel then we have to take into account the physical power of both fairies. Which, unless I am omitting something, should be equal to that of a small child. For both Cirno and Clownpiece I am pretty sure their strenght is completely magical.

Now in terms of training, Cirno is above avarage for a fairy, so we can assume that she has high potential (an actual thing in DB) so to bring out her fullest power she might need more than just one year, and in that same span of time Clownpiece could learn faster and have a higher power cealing (like how Freezer just had to train for a little and inmediatly catched up to SSJ Blue) but what makes Clownpiece stronger (or atleast more dangerous) in canon is that her power comes from the lifeforce of people in hell, which can turn people insane. This power is literally just evil Ki, a thing that is featured in Super Dragon Ball Heroes as a power of Cumber, the Saiyan that the original SSJ God fought against, so that would put Clownpiece near SSJ God. (Dont get any just because I used Heroes for this, its more interesting that way.)

But lifeforce is not something restricted to Clownpiece, in Hidden Star in Four Seasons all fearies were powered up by lifeforce, and Cirno was completely fine with that power that normally makes you go berzerk. So, with this we know that both Clownpiece and Cirno are actually equal in base form, since its not known if Clownpiece retains that impurity once she came to Gensoukyou. So for their match it all depends on their training.


Both already know how to flight, and they also can already throw something that beheaves exactly like a Ki blast, so we could say that they have some basic understanding of Ki control. So I say they would both learn basic Ki blasts, but these ones would make actual damage (unlike danmaku bullets that just rough you up it seems) followed up by learning how to power up physical attacks with Ki, how to manipulate Ki it to create things like shields and even weapons (happened in Z in the Vegitto vs Buu fight and in Super by Goku Black) with Ki you can even just LOOK at something and make it explode.

Goku knows perfect Ki control and is canonically a genius at fighting (and only in fighting) so he would be a great teacher for child that has basically God Ki. Jiren doesnt have God Ki, but his power is implied to come from meditation (something that someone like Cirno should learn).

In conclusion, I have to give this one to Goku, he would be the better master. But ultimately I cant say that confidently, because Jiren was intruduced in the last arc of Super and we havent seen more of him since so he might be a better martial artist we don't know.

Only if she bombs, Cirno will run out of bombs, and Clownpiece will never run out of fire, furthmore Clownpiece has lasers, they break ice (GFW). It's over for Cirno, this is probably her worst matchup.
